A NEW SEARCH FACILITY has been added to the site to allow you to search the Ancestor Indices, using only the first few letters of your ancestors surname or maiden surname. If you find a likely ancestor, you can see in which churchyard they are recorded, and query the database to retrieve all names recorded on that particular tombstone. Our ancestor was Rev John Scott of Dipple, in 1700. He was buried at Dipple in June 1726. I am trying to find the burial site of my g.g grandfather Alexander Anderson. He died in 1940 in Lossiemouth and the papers said he was burried at the old cemetery. He was Provost of Lossiemouth in the 1920s. Can anyone help 3 November 2006 - England
